1. Transportation of organized groups of children should be implemented with high levels of safety, reliability and quality of transport services.
2. Maximum number of children for bus charter transportation should not exceed the number of seats in it in accordance with the passport of the manufacturer.
3. Organized groups of children must be transported by experienced drivers who have experience of driving vehicles over three years.

In the scheme of the route plotted area roads, towns, places of concentration of road traffic accidents, emergency-opasnoye sites, etc. A copy of the route plan and timetable issued by the driver, the other two are kept by the customer and the passenger carrier.
